1. Enter search criteria (example f/4 to find all photos with an aperture of f/4)
2. Results will be inside the Search Stack

Search option

Examples	Description
-f/4	exclude from the result all photos with the f/4 aperture
“24mm f/8”	find all photos with a focal of 24mm and an aperture of f/8
f/4 OR f/8	find all photos with an aperture of f/4 or f/8
@rating>=2	find all photos with a rating greater or equal to 2 stars
@coloring=red	find all photos with a red label
@date>=30/12/2010T10:55:00	find all photos with a capture time greater than or equal to 30/12/2010 10:55:00
@lat>=25.15	Find all photos with a latitude greater or equal to 25.15
@lon>=45.35	Find all photos with a longitude greater or equal to 45.35

Advanced Search Photos Pro

The advanced search feature allows you to search photos with different criteria. There is a search query example at the bottom of the advanced search window. You can use this window to learn how to create your search query. The Advance Search Dialog is located in the menu tools\Advance Search\.

Limit the Search Range

In the menu Tools\Database\, there are 3 options to limit the search. Limit the search range to the current catalog, to the selected stack or to the entire library.

Index Photos From a Folder Structure

Add all photos from the specified folder and it's subfolders to the database. These photos can be found later through a search query.

Unindexed Photos From a Folder Structure

Remove from the database, all photos from the specified folder and its subfolders. These photos will no longer be available through a search query.

Index Photos From a Stack

Add to the database all photos from the selected stack. These photos can be found later through a search query.

Unindexed Photos From a Stack

Remove from the database all photos from the selected stack. These photos will no longer be available through a search query.

Delete the Database Index

By clearing the entire database, a search query will no longer be available.
