When I try to register 1FLOW the « Register » button doesn’t complete the registration.
1FLOW registration form is very strict about the text entered in each field. You must type the text exactly as shown in the email for each field.

The Check for Updates mechanism asks me every time I launch 1FLOW. Is there some way I can disable this?
You can disable this feature via the Preference menu by manually checking « Check for update ».

My PSD files are displayed with an icon and not the image content. Is there some plugin I need to install?
If you are a Windows user you need to install QuickTime.

My Movie files are displayed with an icon and not the image content. Is there some plugin I need to install?

When launching 1FLOW the application doesn't appear on the screen?
You need to remove or rename the file "1FLOW_preferences.xml".
Windows users go to C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Local Settings\Application Data\
Mac OS X users go to Macintosh HD/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/

When searching my photos, 1FLOW finds nothing?
Unlike other software, 1FLOW lets you index different parts of your hard drives.
To index your photo, first go to the Metadata menu and select Index Photo from Folder. After this step retry your query.
