Reorganize Photos  Pro

Reorganize your photos on your hard drive with the "rename and folder rules" you selected.

1. Select the Stack to reorganize
2. In the menu File select Reorganize Photos...
3. Click on the arrow key to copy or move files
4. Select the destination folder
5. Check boxes to select the appropriate options

Reorganize Options

Create Subfolder and Rename

1. Check "Create Subfolder and Rename" to rename and create subfolders
2. Click the icon to open "Renaming Rule Editor" dialog box
3. In the "Renaming Rule Editor" dialog box, select or create the "Folder Naming Rules"
4. Select or create the File "Renaming Rules"
5. Enter the first number to your photo selection in "Counter Start"
6. Select the number of digits in your "Counter"
7. Select your "Separator"
8. Enter a project name or number in "Custom Name"
9. Save preset as a file to use for one or more projects
10. Load previously saved preset file to work on your current project

Make a Second Copy

1. Check "Make a Second Copy" to create a duplicate file to another location
2. Click the icon to open "Choose Folder" popup
3. Click on the arrow key to browse
4. Select drive location

Add IPTC Metadata

1. Check "Add IPTC Metadata" to insert IPTC
2. Click the icon to open "IPTC Editor" dialog box
3. Enter all relevant data in appropriate fields
4. Save preset as a separate file to use in one or more projects
5. Load previously saved preset file to work on your current project
